PTK99 Terms & Conditions – Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Rules Malaysia

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the PTK99 platform at ptk99.click, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use PTK99's services.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and PTK99. They govern all your interactions with our platform, including account registration, betting activity, payments, withdrawals, and the use of any features or promotions offered by PTK99.

To be eligible for membership and to use PTK99's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the date of registration and on all subsequent transactions.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia and are not prohibited by applicable local laws from using online gambling services.
• Not an employee of PTK99, an immediate family member of a PTK99 employee, or any individual directly involved in the operation of the PTK99 platform.
• Using your own legitimate funds, and not money derived from illegal or unlawful activities.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion period at PTK99 or any related platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

PTK99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to meet these eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately until verification is completed, or permanently closed if verification is unsuccessful.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one PTK99 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

• Name: Must match exactly the full name as shown on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Phone Number: Must be an active Malaysian number under your control — used for two-factor authentication.
• Password: You are fully responsible for keeping your PTK99 account password confidential. PTK99 will not be liable for any loss arising from your password becoming known to another party.
• KYC Verification: PTK99 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before your first withdrawal or when your balance exceeds a certain threshold.

Each PTK99 account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other party under any circumstances.

PTK99 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. The currently accepted deposit methods are:

• DuitNow — Instant transfer via phone number or bank account number
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Includes Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Hong Leong, Bank Islam, and other major Malaysian banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — The most widely used e-wallet in Malaysia
• GrabPay — Via the Grab Malaysia app
• Boost — Boost, Malaysia's homegrown digital wallet
• ShopeePay — Via the Shopee Malaysia app

Minimum deposit per transaction is RM 10. The maximum deposit limit varies by payment method and account status — this can be checked in the deposit section of your account. All deposits are processed in under 2 minutes under normal conditions. PTK99 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits.

PTK99 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by third-party payment provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, please contact PTK99 customer support with proof of your transaction.

PTK99 members may withdraw their winnings at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• The account is fully verified (KYC identity verification has been completed).
• No outstanding roll-over requirements linked to any bonus received.
• The account is not currently suspended, under review, or restricted.
• Withdrawal amount meets minimum RM 30 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering security measure. Standard processing time is 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to additional security verification.

PTK99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing large withdrawals or in situations that raise security concerns. This is a standard procedure to protect all parties and is not intended to inconvenience legitimate members.

PTK99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The general conditions applicable to all PTK99 bonuses are as follows:

• Roll-over (Wagering Requirement): The total of your deposit plus bonus must be wagered a set number of times (typically 3x to 10x depending on the promotion) before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One Bonus Per Period: Unless otherwise stated, members are only eligible for one type of bonus at a time. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all such bonuses being voided.
• Bonus Usage: Bonuses may only be used for wagering activities within the PTK99 platform and cannot be transferred, sold, or directly converted to cash.
• Minimum Odds: Some bonuses require bets to be placed at a minimum odds threshold (typically 1.50 or above) to count toward the roll-over requirement.

PTK99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Should any abuse of the bonus system be detected — including hedging techniques designed to profit without genuine risk — PTK99 reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and winnings and close the associated account.

All bets placed on PTK99 are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed by the PTK99 system, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn except through the Cash Out feature available for selected matches.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, market, and account status. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm.
• Bet Rejection: PTK99 reserves the right to refuse any bet at our sole discretion, including bets that exceed set limits or involve markets that have already closed.
• Odds Error: If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, PTK99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake amount to the member's account. Any winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds will not be paid out.
• Result Verification: All match results and bets are verified against official sources recognised by PTK99. In the event of a dispute, PTK99 will refer to the relevant sports body or league.

Parlay bets require all selections on the ticket to win for a payout to be issued. If any selection within a parlay is postponed or cancelled, the overall parlay odds will be recalculated excluding that selection.

PTK99 offers betting across a wide range of sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, Malaysia FA Cup), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, All England), tennis (Grand Slam, ATP, WTA), basketball (NBA, EuroLeague), esports (MPL Malaysia, CS2, Dota 2, Valorant), cricket, motorsports, and more.

• Pre-Match Betting: Must be placed before the match begins. Bets accepted after a match has started will be voided and refunded.
• Live Betting (In-Play): Bets placed during a live match are subject to the odds at the time the bet is confirmed — not the odds shown when you clicked the button, but the moment PTK99's system validates your bet.
• Interrupted or Suspended Matches: If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, all pre-match bets will be cancelled and refunded. Settled half-time bets are not affected.
• Malaysia Super League Betting: All official Malaysia Super League results are based on results announced by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). Goals confirmed by VAR are fully recognised by PTK99.

For badminton betting, a set win is determined based on fully completed sets. If a player retires during a match, PTK99 will settle bets on the active player for match winner markets only — set and game markets may be voided depending on how many sets have been completed.

PTK99 also offers online casino games including roulette, virtual sports, and other table games. These games use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes.

• Return to Player (RTP) Rate: Every game has a pre-set RTP available in the game information. This RTP represents a long-term average and is not a guarantee of individual winnings in any given session.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, PTK99 will rely on system records to determine the valid outcome. Any bets placed during the disruption will be voided and refunded if a result cannot be determined.
• Virtual Sports: Virtual sports results are randomly generated by the system and are entirely fictional — they have no connection to any real sporting events taking place.
• Roulette & Table Games: All table games at PTK99 use licensed software that has been independently audited by third parties. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the PTK99 system, including odds manipulation, software bug exploitation, or the use of bots or automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using the PTK99 platform for money laundering or any financial activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
• Bonus Abuse: Betting techniques specifically designed to exploit bonuses without genuine risk, including systematic hedging and cross-account wagering.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any process related to your PTK99 account.
• System Disruptions: Any attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the normal functioning of the PTK99 platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use your PTK99 account, whether with your knowledge or not.

PTK99 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in investigations related to illegal activity. All transaction records and account activity are retained for the period required by applicable law.

PTK99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., underage).
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from a competent authority.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.
• Extended periods of inactivity (accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months).

If your account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If the closure is for any other reason, the available balance will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method once the review process is complete.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the PTK99 support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be returned once all applicable rollover requirements have been met or the balance is free from any bonus restrictions.

PTK99 is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help members manage their betting activity in a healthy way:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limits can be lowered immediately; increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum stake limit per bet or per session.
• Session Time Limit: Set a session time limit so that PTK99 will notify you once the limit is reached.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Freeze your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, one month, or 3 months via your account settings.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your PTK99 account. Once permanent exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed, and PTK99 will not accept re-registration from the same individual.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic reminders during your gaming session showing how long you have been playing and the total amount wagered.

PTK99 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• Betting outcomes that do not meet a member's expectations — the risk of loss is an inherent part of betting activity.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Use of the PTK99 platform in a manner that contravenes the terms set out in this document.

In all cases where PTK99 is determined to be liable by the relevant authority, our liability is limited to your net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to the claim being made, or RM 10,000, whichever is lower.

PTK99 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material or significant changes, PTK99 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via:

• In-platform notifications when members are logged in.
• Email to the address registered on the account.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the PTK99 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
